The Fujian Industrial Control Group Cheerleading Competition kicked off to great fanfare at the SanGang Cultural & Sports Center.Our company’s team, "Wucai Feiyang (Dazzling Tungsten Vibes)", delivered an outstanding performance and earned prestigious awards.

On the afternoon of the event day, the 18 members of the "Wucai Feiyang" Team stepped onto the stage with their self-choreographed show Youth in Motion. Pom-poms swirled to paint vibrant arcs; resolute footsteps struck the beat of youth. Fluid formations shifted with neat layers, fully embodying Xiamen Tungsten people’s bold drive for innovation and united enterprising spirit. After fierce competition, the "Wucai Feiyang" Team stood out among 12 finalist teams and won the Star of Excellence Award. In the live electronic voting by the public jury, the team also claimed the Crowd Favorite Award owing to its sky-high popularity.

During the competition intermission, two Xiamen Tungsten singers, Xue Shixin and Liu Xuyang, performed alongside artists from SanGang Group, Qingshan Paper Industry, Haixia Chemical and other organizations for a wonderful song medley titled United as One, Forging Ahead for Industrial Control.

Assembled to represent Xiamen Tungsten in the contest, the "Wucai Feiyang" Team was carefully organized by the Xiamen Tungsten Trade Union and the Communist Youth League Committee, with strong backing from all affiliated subsidiaries. Team members conducted rehearsals after work and on weekends, holding over 20 joint training sessions in total. They polished every detail time and again — from choreography and formation layout to music beat matching and facial expression control — which led to their stunning on-stage debut.

Competitions have an end, yet the fighting spirit never fades. Bringing insights from this cheerleading contest back to their roles, Xiamen Tungsten staff will continue to uphold the ethos of unity, collaboration and relentless pursuit of excellence, injecting youthful momentum into the company’s high-quality development.

The "Wucai Feiyang" Team graced the stage once again that evening at a friendly football match, further firing up the crowd. This friendly fixture was contested between Xiamen Tungsten and SanGang Group, and Xiamen Tungsten won with a score of 5:2.
